> 17 Oct
The SaferSEA partners will take part in this event, dedicated to Maritime Safety and Security

Every 2 years, Technopôle Brest-Iroise, SaferSEA lead partner, organises the Sea Tech Week®, an international event dedicated to marine and maritime science and technologies. It brings together top international experts to Brest, France, representing a wide variety of sea-related topics.

The next edition will take place on 15-17 October, 2024, on the topic of Maritime Safety and Security, with Ireland as the country of honour.

In addition to a professional trade fair, BtoB meetings and a programme of 30+ workshops facilitated by experts and stakeholders, the event will include 3 high-level sessions:

- Security: maritime surveillance, action by the State at sea, sovereignty, non-defence activities
- Environment: observations and measurements, environmental protection and safety
- Safety of good and people: resilience at sea

The SaferSEA partners will take part in the event, through a dedicated booth and workshop led by Cedre.

The Sea Tech Week 2024® will take place at the Quartz Congress Center, 60 Rue du Château, in Brest.
